First Day of School - Student Orientation Day

The first day of school, Monday, August 16 is an Orientation Day for all students. Students should report to school in uniform and following the dress code during the following times:

Freshmen and Transfer Students  @  8:30-11:00am 

Sophomores  @  12:00noon

Juniors  @  1:00pm

Seniors  @  2:00pm

All Freshmen and Transfer students are asked to enter Marian through the Main Entrance / East doors and report to the Main Gymnasium. The session for Freshmen and Transfer students includes a complimentary brunch that will be available in the cafeteria. All returning students should report at the above times for a general information session. Following this class meeting, students will be given their official class schedule, have their ID photo taken, and except for the Seniors, have their 2021-2022 yearbook picture taken. All students are reminded that the school’s dress and grooming code begins on August 16. Any student not properly dressed and groomed will not be allowed to participate in the Orientation, will be sent home, and counted absent for the day.
